FAQ — East Valley Event Rental

Question 1

How do I get a quote?

Accepted Answer

Just fill out our online quote request form and we'll get back to you within one business day. You can also call us directly and we'll put together a custom quote based on your event details.

Question 2

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking as early as possible — especially for weekends and peak season (spring and fall). Popular items like tents and chiavari chairs book up quickly. That said, we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when inventory allows. Some items are future bookings event items, meaning were building up inventory for the 2027 Event Season. In these cases, you will be given the opportunity to add those items with a major discount once we have confirmed multiple orders for the items. Look for New Item Discount on the product section or navigate to the Soon to be added Items page.

Question 3

Is a deposit required?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we require a deposit to hold your reservation. The deposit amount varies based on the size of your order. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery.

Question 4

Can I change my order after booking?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We understand that event plans change. You can add or remove items from your order up to a certain number of days before your event. Contact us for more specific details.

Question 5

Do you deliver and pick up?

Accepted Answer

Yes — delivery, setup, and pickup are all included with your rental. We'll coordinate a delivery window with you ahead of your event and return to break everything down when it's over.

Question 6

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We serve the entire East Valley, including Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Queen Creek, and surrounding areas. Not sure if we cover your location? Give us a call and we'll let you know.

Question 7

What time will you deliver?

Accepted Answer

We'll work with you to schedule a delivery window that fits your event timeline. We typically deliver the day before or the morning of your event, and pick up the day after.

Question 8

Do you set everything up?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our team will deliver and set up all rental items at your venue. If you have a specific layout in mind, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate it.

Question 9

How is pricing determined?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is based on the items rented, quantity, and rental period. Delivery fees vary depending on your location. We'll provide a full itemized quote before you commit to anything.

Question 10

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Payment details will be confirmed when you book.

Question 11

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for a full or partial refund of your deposit. Cancellations close to the event date may forfeit the deposit. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

Question 12

What happens if something is damaged?

Accepted Answer

We understand that accidents happen. Renters are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. We'll assess any damage after pickup and discuss next steps with you directly.

Question 13

Do I need to clean the items before pickup?

Accepted Answer

We ask that linens be free of excessive food or debris, and that hard items (tables, chairs) be cleared of decorations. We handle the rest — no need to wash or fold linens. For non-textile items Yes please return the items in the same condition the items were in when dropped off or setup.

Question 14

Can I pick up rentals myself?

Accepted Answer

In most cases, yes — will-call pickup is available for smaller orders. Please contact us to arrange a pickup time and confirm which items are available for self-pickup.
